A one-page written summary with the risks in priority order and what we would do first. It is yours to keep even if you never work with us — it is not a sales deck.

First-response times, counted from when your request reaches us by email or phone.

Coverage: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (Lisbon time). Outside those hours requests are logged and picked up at the start of the next business day.
In practice we almost always reply the same business day. The times above are the ones we guarantee on every call rather than an average — we prefer that to promising 24/7 that a team our size could not always honour.
