This website has no customer area and no forms of our own. The only form available is the Microsoft Bookings scheduler (Contact and Book a meeting pages), where you give us your name and email to book the meeting. We do not collect your address or payment details through the site.

If you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregated, pseudonymised usage data: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate country or region, and how you arrived.

If you contact us by email or phone, or book a meeting, we process the data you provide solely in order to reply.

lhv2-cookie-consent — our own essential cookie, storing your decision about analytics cookies. Valid for 180 days. It is only set after you choose and does not require consent.

theme — your light or dark theme preference, stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It is never sent to any server.

_ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies, set only if you accept. Valid for up to 2 years.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and improve it. It runs with Google Consent Mode v2: until you consent, analytics storage is denied and no measurement cookies are set.

We do not use this data for advertising. Advertising and personalisation consent remain denied even if you accept analytics cookies.

Processing is carried out by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Microsoft Bookings — our Contact and Book a meeting pages offer a Microsoft scheduling tool. It only loads after you explicitly click to open it, so it sets no cookies before that. When you use it, the data you enter is processed by Microsoft.

OpenStreetMap — our About page embeds a map from the OpenStreetMap Foundation to show our location. It sets no tracking cookies, but your IP address is sent to the map server in order to serve the tiles.

Analytics cookies: your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Portuguese Law 41/2004. You may withdraw it at any time.

Consent cookie and theme preference: legitimate interest in operating the site correctly and honouring your choice.

Replying to enquiries: pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Google Analytics data: 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data.

Consent cookie: 180 days, after which we ask you again.

Email correspondence: for as long as needed to handle the matter and meet legal obligations.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
